This years Run 4 Downtown took place August 15th. This year marked the 10 year anniversary of the Orange Regional Medical Center's Run 4 Downtown. Pictures also include trophies being handed out, and The Taste of The Town. Thank you to all of the volunteers, vendors, and participants. It was a great day! Congradulations to all that completed the race, and we hope to see you again at next years event.

Scarecrow Contest

Presented by The Middletown Recreation Dept.

Show off your fall spirit and join us for their First Annual Scarecrow Contest! Gather your family, business associates, departments, or school teams/clubs and decorate your scarecrow to best represtent your group! All scarecrows will be placed on display outside of the Middletown City Hall & The Middletown Police Station.

• Make sure your scarecrow is labeled with a clearly, visible sign
• You must register and drop-off your scarecrow by Wednesday, September 30th at the Middletown Recreation Office. They go up October 1st
• Scarecrow must be able to withstand weatherr, wind & other natural elements. Please no perishable items
• Only a 2x4 pieces of lumber are allowed to secure your scarecrow to the ground, which you must supply
• A Winner will be named at the Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 17th
• Space is Limited

The 2015 Orange Regional Medical Center Run4Downtown with Downtown Yoga Flow will be Saturday, August 15, 2015 starting at 9:00AM at Franklin Square in Historic Downtown Middletown (Corner of E. Main, North and South Streets).

There will be a Four mile Run/Walk, Downtown Yoga Flow, Taste of the Towns, YMCA Funzone for Kids, Proud Partner in the Middletown Triple Challenge.

The 10th Annual ORMC R4DT Event Details:

Race day registration begins at 7:00 AM

Live music begins at 8:00AM

4 mile walk begins at 8:45AM

4 mile run - females start at 9:00AM

4 mile run - males start at 9:04:52

Downtown Yoga Flow starts at 9:10AM

Poor Bobby's Hard Times Taverns Beer and Wine Garden opens at 9:30AM

Taste of the Towns begins at 10:00AM

Awards ceremony begins at 10:45AM

Runners' and Walkers' Yoga begins at 11:00AM

Post-race party ends at 1:00PM
